Quail Egg with Kaluga Sturgeon Caviar

Ingredients:

  • quail egg
  • Kaluga Sturgeon Caviar – 1 teaspoon (0.16 oz)
  • white wheat bread – 2 thin slices

Preparation:

Boil a quail egg for 3 minutes. Cut the egg into two halves and put 1/2 teaspoon of Kaluga Sturgeon Caviar on each half. Serve with long slices (in the form of sticks), of white toasted bread. Sturgeon caviar mixed with eggs gives a delicious blend of flavors.
